Where to Buy Kratom Online in Florida (Licensed, 21+, Lab-Tested)
Florida rewrote the kratom rulebook in 2026. If you're searching for where to buy kratom online in Florida, the honest answer is: from someone who can prove what's in the bag and who's willing to card you.
We run a licensed kava bar in Melbourne, FL. We brew kratom tea every day, we sell the same leaf online, and we test every lot. This post walks through the rules in plain English, what a real lab report looks like, and how ordering from us actually works.
Florida's 2026 kratom rules in plain English
Three pieces of law matter if you're buying kratom in Florida right now.
Florida Statute 500.92: you must be 21
Selling kratom to anyone under 21 is illegal in Florida. Full stop. Any vendor shipping to a Florida address without verifying age is breaking the law, and that tells you something about what else they're cutting corners on.
Attorney General emergency rule 2ER26-2: alkaloid limits
This is the big one for 2026. The rule sets hard ceilings on what can be in a kratom product sold in Florida:
- Parent 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH): no more than 1 mg per gram
- Mitragynine to 7-OH ratio: at least 100:1
- Scheduled derivatives (pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15, MGM-16): Not Detected
Natural, unadulterated leaf passes this easily. Synthetic "7-OH" tablets and spiked extracts do not. That's the point of the rule.
FDACS labeling
The Florida Department of Agriculture requires kratom labels to carry specific information: the 21+ statement, serving guidance, and lot-level traceability. Our bags are labeled to that standard and every lot number ties back to a COA you can pull up yourself.
What a real COA shows (and what a fake one hides)
A certificate of analysis is only worth something if you know how to read it. Here's what to look for on ours and on anybody else's.
The lab name and accreditation. Ours are run by Cora Science, an ISO 17025 accredited lab. If the COA doesn't name a lab, or the lab has no accreditation you can verify, it's a sheet of paper.
A lot number that matches the bag. A COA for "green kratom" with no lot number is useless. Our lot number is printed on the label and on the report.
Mitragynine and 7-OH in actual numbers. Not "compliant," not a checkmark. Milligrams per gram. You should be able to do the ratio math yourself.
The scheduled derivative panel. After the DEA scheduled mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15, and MGM-16 on August 26, 2026, a COA that doesn't test for them isn't a 2026 COA.
Contaminants. Heavy metals, microbials, and pathogens. Leaf is an agricultural product. It gets tested like one.
What fake COAs hide: they're often for a different lot, a different product, or a different year. They show a "pass" without numbers. Some are just a competitor's report with the logo swapped. We publish ours at /pages/lab-reports so you can check the lot on your bag against the report.
Why buy from a licensed kava bar instead of a smoke shop
We're not going to pretend smoke shops don't sell kratom. They do, and some of it is fine. But here's the difference.
A smoke shop stocks whatever the distributor dropped off. The clerk hasn't brewed it, probably hasn't tried it, and can't tell you what lot it came from. The shiny packaging with the cartoon on it was designed to move units, not to tell you anything.
We brew this leaf every day behind the bar. If a lot brews weak or tastes off, we hear about it from regulars before the day is out. That feedback loop is why we're picky about sourcing and why we test every lot instead of every "batch" (a word that can mean anything).
We're also licensed to serve it. That means the state knows who we are, where we are, and what we're selling. A kava bar has a street address and a reputation to protect. A drop-shipper with a Shopify store and a PO box does not.
And you can walk in. If you're in Brevard County, come try the tea before you buy a kilo. We'll pour you a cup of the exact leaf we ship.
Where we ship
Florida, obviously. We ship across the state with one exception: Sarasota County has a local ordinance, so we don't ship there.
Nationally, the picture changes state by state. We do not ship to states where kratom is banned: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin. We also don't ship to Rhode Island, North Dakota, Utah, or Washington, DC. Ohio allows dried leaf only, which is what we sell, so Ohio is fine. Kentucky's ban takes effect January 1, 2027, so we'll stop shipping there at the end of this year.
Federally, natural kratom leaf is not a scheduled substance. The DEA's August 2026 action covered specific derivatives, not the leaf. A federal proposal to schedule 7-OH has been published but is not final.
We keep the full list current at /pages/kratom-legality-by-state. Check it before you order if you're outside Florida; laws moved a lot in 2026 and they'll keep moving.
How ordering works
Age verification. You'll confirm you're 21+ at checkout. For some orders we run a third-party ID check. It takes seconds and it's the law.
Pick your leaf. Crushed Leaf for the clearest tea and the best second wash, or AM30 American Mesh for a faster steep. Green, red, or white in 100g, 500g, 1kg, or 5kg. If you're new, the Kratom Tea Starter Bundle (100 g leaf plus a brew bag) is the easiest first order; the Kratom Brew Kit steps it up with the full gear.
Subscribe and save. Regular tea drinkers save 15% with a subscription. Pause or cancel any time.
One-day ship. Orders go out within one business day from Melbourne, FL. Most of Florida gets it in a day or two.
Discreet packaging. Plain box, plain label. The leaf inside is labeled to FDACS standards, but the outside of the box doesn't advertise.

FAQ
Is it legal to buy kratom online in Florida?
Yes, for adults 21 and older. Florida Statute 500.92 sets the age, and AG rule 2ER26-2 sets alkaloid limits that products must meet. Sarasota County has a local ban.
How do I know a kratom vendor's lab test is real?
Look for a named, accredited lab (ours is Cora Science, ISO 17025), a lot number that matches your bag, actual mg/g numbers for mitragynine and 7-OH, and a scheduled-derivative panel. Ours are published at /pages/lab-reports.
Do you ship kratom outside Florida?
Yes, to states where it's legal. We don't ship to banned states (AL, AR, CA, CT, IN, KS, LA, MA, TN, VT, WI), to RI, ND, UT, or DC, or to Sarasota County, FL. Full map at /pages/kratom-legality-by-state.
