Shipping policy

All orders will be fulfilled by our team within 24 hours of being received. They will then be shipped out the next available shipping day. With our flat-rate shipping, it generally takes 3-5 days for orders to arrive within the contiguous United States. If shipping services are experiencing high volume, it could take slightly longer. If you are experiencing a longer than usual wait, please reach out to kyle@nobleteakava.com for order updates.

Kratom shipping restrictions. Kratom is banned in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin. We also do not ship kratom to Rhode Island, North Dakota, Utah, Washington D.C., or Sarasota County, FL. Ohio receives dried leaf only (no extracts or concentrates).
