Traditional Brew (1-Gallon Batch)
1. Pour 1 gallon of water into your kava bucket.
2. Add your full 100g pack of Tonga Kava into the wash bag.
3. Submerge the wash bag and knead for 5–10 minutes using the Muddy Buddy™ ladle and your hands.
4. Strain, pour, and enjoy your fresh traditional kava.

Instant Kava (Fast, No-Strain Method)
1. Add one 2.5g instant kava serving to 6–8 oz of water.
2. Stir or shake vigorously until dissolved.
3. Drink and enjoy—no straining required.
