1 Gallon Ah'Koola™ Brew Bag: made to perfectly fit tight around the opening of our Kava Buckets. They are made for optimal durability, kavalactone suspension, and maintaining a smooth kava taste without sacrificing quality. This is accomplished by using high-quality, food-grade nylon monofilament of a smaller-than-industry-standard, micron-sized mesh. This assures slightly higher levels of filtration while still allowing critical kavalactones to pass through.

1-Gallon Brew Bag Dimensions: about 16-inches long with about a 12-inch diameter mouth and cylindrical in shape.

5-Gallon Ah’Koola™ Brew Bag: Made for larger batches or commercial production of kava, while still producing a premium end-product. Once again, our bags have about double the industry standard in filtration levels that don't sacrifice kava potency, are very durable, and have a drawstring with a secure clip. 

5-Gallon Bags Dimensions: about 21-inches long with about a 38-inch diameter mouth and cone shape.

If these bags are washed and stored properly, they can last a hundred brew sessions.

 Ah'Koola™ Kava Brew Kit: This kit was created and brought to you by an avid kava drinker, because he wanted to be able to make the best kava he could at home. The goal with the Ah'Koola™ brew kit is that it is an easy, empower, and fun experience to brew your own kava. 

The kit contains everything that you need to brew and enjoy kava, but the kava is not included and can be found on our website, or anywhere our kits are sold. Additionally, inside this kit will be step-by-step directions and a few pro-tips to help you end up with some of the best kava you have ever had. The craziest part is you will, once you get your kit, be able to do it anywhere and anytime you want to!

Ah'Koola™ Kava Brewer Big Kahuna Crash-Course & Kit is what you need to cater a kava wedding, brew enough for everyone at your tense family reunion, or even open your own kava bar! 

This kit comes with 2 five-gallon food grade buckets, a lid, a stainless steel 6 oz ladle, an Ah'Koola™ Big Brew Bag (the future industry standard), an industry standard brew bag, and 4 different kava root powder packs, one of each found in our Kava Bar's "Kava Well." Each Ah'Koola™ Commercial Kava Refill will have 400grams, or 5 gallons worth of a POTENT traditional kava beverage.

This is the same kava we are selling everywhere else on our site, but we wanted to invite even more people to get involved in brewing kava. Whether that is an individual brewing for a family gathering, a small business trying to add something new to their menu or draw in new customers, or even someone trying to optimize their current large scale kava brewing process. It does not matter; this kit is about getting more people to try and enjoy a proper kava beverage.

With this kit comes information, which is probably the most valuable aspect. No experience necessary, when you are done you will be brewing kava with, or better than, some of the best of them.

When this kit is purchased, it comes with an hour video call, or in-person meeting, with the owner of the company to help you understand kava on an in-depth level, the brewing process and dialing it in for your specific needs. There are options and possibilites for further consultation as well as potential partnerships in opening a bar together. The conversation has to start, and the ball is in your court. Finally, when it is all said and done we will make sure you are ready to brew kava for as many people as you want or for whatever purposes you want!

The Headhunter Kava cultivar has been known to boost mood, deep muscle relaxation, pain management, and mind improvement, and can even act as a natural appetite inhibitor. This is due to the higher amounts of Kavain and Dihydrokavain, which, when consumed in high doses, can help lead to overall physical relaxation. With the help of all these combined physical relaxation effects, it’s easy for the kavalactones to also act as a natural sleep aid.

Additionally, this specific batch of Headhunter Kava having a higher concentration of Yangonin and Desmethoxyangonin than Methysticin and Dihydromethysticin can make it particularly good for daytime use, especially in lower doses. As the effects can often be described as stimulating and focusing in smaller doses while still minimizing the perception of pain. With larger doses, this kava leans towards sedation and relaxation like most. It is also one of the strongest kavas we have had yet to date!

Properly aged Noble Root: 70% Lateral/30% Basal

This cultivar is from Qamea, Fiji and we are super stoked to be adding a Fijian Kava to our lineup. This kava really is unlike any other! It has a superb uplift and is highly euphoric. In turn, it is the best daytime kava or work-day kava we have ever had. Slightly, edging out over the Solomon, but everyone has their preferences.

That is because of the high amounts of Yangonin. It makes the kava a little more stimulating than most. It is definitely a VERY HEADY cultivar. We like to call it the "Pearl of Fiji" because of the pristine quality and vibe of this kava! 

It could very easily replace your daily kava, and you might find yourself brewing a smaller batch of something "heavy" just for the evenings.

Properly aged noble kava root: 80% lateral roots/20% basal roots.

Chemotype: 423651
Kavalactones: 10.54%

Our current batch of Solomon Kava is 70/30, lateral/basal. It has a chemotype much closer to that of our Qamea Kava, than any of our other cultivars presently. This makes it great for relaxing and has potential to help ease the perception of pain by playing on the CB-1 receptors. It is going to be euphoric at first and after a few more shells it will become pretty relaxing. This chemotype is great for getting some rest or recovering and in high doses is pretty sedating. Also, per usual with non-Fijian kavas the Methysticin (6) is coming in near the end of the chemotype.

If you're familiar with the Melo Melo Kava variety, you will love our Solomon Kava to take you to your happy place. This new product addition to our line of kava beverages contains a similar chemotype to the Melo Melo Kava plant drink product. The only difference is that the first two kavalactones, kavain, and dihydrokavain, have been swapped, which might help increase absorption, leading to a faster-acting experience. As well as less Desmethoxyyangonin which could mean less stimulation and easier relaxation.
