Our Instant Kava isn't ground-up root. We brew noble kava the traditional way at our kava bar in Melbourne, Florida, squeeze it by hand, then freeze-dry it into a powder. Every strong single shell is 5 grams with about 235 mg of kavalactones. You just add water.

Kyle Peters spent seven and a half years behind a kava bar and has spent the last three years building Noble Tea in Melbourne, Florida. He built the bar he wished he'd had: a real place to hang out, with real drinks, and no alcohol.
Everything we sell online gets served at our bar first. If we wouldn't pour it for a guest in person, we don't ship it.

What is kava?
Kava is a traditional drink from the Pacific Islands, made from the root of the kava plant (Piper methysticum). It has been shared socially in places like Fiji, Vanuatu and Tonga for centuries, and it's the drink at the center of every kava bar.
What does it taste like?
Earthy and peppery. Honestly, it's an acquired taste. Most people drink it quickly from a shell and follow it with a chaser, like fruit or juice.
How do I make Instant Kava?
Mix one 5 g strong single shell into 6–8 oz of cold water, then stir or shake. That's it. No straining needed.
What's a strong single shell?
5 grams of Instant Kava, with about 235 mg of kavalactones per our latest lab test. The 5-pack is five shells (25 g), and the 50 g bag is ten shells you scoop yourself.

Is it alcohol-free?
